GOLF.
NEW PLYMOUTH CLUB. The final match between players of the Saturday section for the New Plymouth Golf Club's championship took place on Saturday last, between Mr. F. S. Johns and Mr. A. Bewley. and proved very close and interesting throughout. It .was only on the last green that Mr. Bewley secured the victory. 1 up. On Saturday next Mr. Bewley will play Mr. W. P. Nieoll, winner of the Thursday section, in the final contest for the club championship.
