ANNUAL meeting-. The onmi/il meeting of the Kahui Road Dairy Oompanv was held at Rahotn on Tuesday, when Mr. W. Flemingpresided over a fair attendance of sup°pliers. REPORT AND BALANCE-SHEET. There was a balanee of £1455 (is 7d (equal nearly to 4Vj.il butter-fat) ; £175 18s was set aside for .depreciation, leaving £ 1-201 - 2s 7d for payment of 5 per cent, interest on paid up capital and final payment at the rate of Md lit butter-fat. Additions and renewals of plant cost£4os t s f)d, ineluTifffn a new engine and the installation of a pasteurising plant.
