ANARCHIST HIRELINGS INVOLVED. Received July 6, 12.50 a.m. Washington, July 5. The arrest of an I.W.W. worker as a German spy uncovers the proof that German money started the coal strikes. It was a wholesale plot, involvir.g anaxchists as paid hirelings of Germany. THE GERMAN TONGUE. New York, July 4. Mr. Roosevelt, in a speech, urged that the German language be banned in print and speech throughout America.
