POTATO RIOTS. CROWDS DEFY SOLDIERS. Amsterdam, July 3. ' Later potato riots were more serious ' than the earlier ones. Crowds looted the barge* and truck?. The conference accepted the offer, and the Dutch Foreign Minister signed the protocol.
