PAN-GERMAN TALK. COLONIAL SOCIETY'S DEMANDS. Reuter Service. Received July 3. 9.30 p.m. Amsterdam, July 3. At a meeting of the Gorman Colonial Society, under the presidency of Duke Johann Albrecht of Mecklenburg, a resolution 'was passed declaring that German influence on the sea must be guaranteed; that Germany must have an outlet oceanward; that Germany's oversea possessions must be enlarged, with due consideration for oversea bases, and repudiating the idep. of abandoning the oversea polonies; also demanding the safeguarding of Germany's interest in east Asia.
