SEAMEN'S UNION'S ACTION. REPRESENTATION AT WORLDS OONFBBEXCE. Wellington Julr 3. 'A motion wag passed at a special heating of the executive of the Federated Seamen's Union of Xew Zealand deploring the inhuman destruction of life by commanders and crews of German U-boats, and directing that the Union be represent-d at the World Conference in London to deal with this aspect of the international conflict; also that Mr. Haveloek Wilson, general president of tho National Sailors' and Firemen's Union be eftbled to ask him to select a rapmentative, from a New Zealand ■hip or otherwise.
