IRELAND.
SINN FEIN RIOTS. READY FOR ANOTHER REBELLION. Received June 25, 7.40 p.m. London, June 24. The Sinn Feinprs at Cork hoisted the republican flag on the courthouse "on Sunday and broke windows in the recruiting offices, and held a public meeting, where they denounced the Convention. Some of the released prisoners stated they were ready for another rebellion. MILITARY CALLED OUT. SEVERAL CASUALTIES. Received July 26, 1 a.m. ' London, June 25. There was further rioting «t Cork on Sunday evening. Sinn Feiners attacked the recruiting office, which action the relatives of the men at the front resented. The ipolice made baton charges without effect. The military with machine-guns were then called out. The police .were repeateilly stoned and hod to act drastically. Shots were fii'ed, and one man was killed and another wounded, besides a 'dozen wounded with bayonets. The disorders were quelled at midnight. MR. DUKE TO PRESIDE. Received June 28, 12.5 a.m. Router Service. London, June 25. It is now stated that Mr. H. F. Duke, Chief Secretary for Ireland, will be chairman of the Irish Convention.
