' FOOD CONTROLLER APPOINTED. Ottawa, June 20. Canada has appointed the Hon. W. J. Hanna as Food Controller, with power to govern prices, to requisition and sell food, and to facilitate the export of the surplus to Britain and the Allies. Mr. Hanna controls the consumption in hotels and private houses.
