BUSINESS NORMAL. RUMORS UNCONFIRMED ——~ June 20. Inquiries in the city do not confirm the rumors concerning Spain, with which business is practically normal. The delays are attributed to labor and economic difficulties. It is stated that, the troubles originated in the King granting the demands of infantry officer* at Barcelona for reforms without consulting the Cabinet, which resigned.
