WARNING TO RUSSIA DENIED. Washington, June 7. The Japanese Embassy denieß the report that Japan warned Petrograd of the measures it would take if Russia abandoned the war. The State Department shows a disposition to ascribe such reports to German influence, which is seeking to create distrust amongst the Allies."
