BRAZIL.
SEIZURE OF SHIPS JUSTIFIED. Rio-de-laneirc, June 7. Brazil's Note to Germany justifies the requisitioning of interned ships. It recalls the torpedoing of Brazilian vessels, and adds that Brazil has not abandoned a state of peace, hut the action has been taken in order to force the offending nation to make reparation.
