KILLED BY A TRAMCA& By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night, At the inquest on the body of an tanidentified man who was knocked down by a tramcar in Lambton Quay on Monday evening, and died in hospital the following morning, the evidence ot a number; of witnesses was taken, and the enquiry wbb then adjournod until Saturday to, obtain the evidence of another witness. A (PLUMBER ELECTRQQTJTEJD. Ckristchurch, May 30. Walter Jones,,residing at Peterborough street, a plumber, with a wife and four children, while engaged in installing a hot water service at the infectious diseases hospital at Bottle Lake to-day, accidentally rested an iron pipe, against an electric wire carrying 3100 volts, and was electrocuted, death being instantaneous.
