TO-NIGHT A FOX FILM AND SPECTAT SUPPORTING PROGRAMME. One of the finest William Fox photoplays ewer seen in New Plymouth will be shown with the change of programme at' Everybody's to-night. The picture, which is entitled "Ambition," is one of the film triumphs of MMe. Bertha Kalicli, who takes the leading role. She is supported 'by a talented English actor, Air. Kenneth Hunter. With its enthralling plot, telling of love and political intrigue, the powerful cast portraying the story, and its gorgeous mountings, the film touches the high-water mark in picturedom. There is an exceptionally line supporting programme including "'Winter in Galicia,' 'a splendil scenic picture of life amidst snow and ice, ''Boy Scouts Farm in Sussex" (colored), the "Colibris Dwarfs" star vaudeville act, and "Whale Fishing off the Coast of British Columbia," a most interesting and educational film in which some wonderful close-up views of whales from the deck of a modem whaling steamer are shown. This programme will be sh'jwn to-night and to-morrow. Commencing at the matinee Saturday, the popular comedian, Charlie Chaplin, will appear in "The Pawnbroker," his latest convulsion.
