ENTERTAINMENTS.
NEW ENGLISH MUSICAL FARCE COMPANY. * To-night, at the Town Hall, Waitara, the above company of artists and comedians, numbering fifteen, are appearing in a mimical farce, entitled, "Stty When/' presenting amongst others Mr. David Jefferson, the brilliant young English comedian, and Miss Clarice Buckman, tlio eminent prima donna. These two clever, artists have 'been associated for the last four years in a number of J. C. Williamson's successes, and "Say When" has proved the greatest of them all, A young lawyer, ambitious to shine as an author and composer, writes an opera unknown to his wife and family, with a very dramatic story. Ifo explains the plot of tho play to Kcrosino, tho "tenor robusto," and is overheard by his mother-in-law and his clerk, who think he is involved in some bloodthirsty crime. They inform Hawikshaw*. the detective, and the extraordinary humorous and tragic complications that arise must be seen to be believed. Tho play la rich iu musical numbers, songs, dances, and quartettes, and a good evening's entertainment is assured.
