CONFERENCE OF CHAIRMEN*.

Wellington, Last Night, The chairmen of tho various Military Service Boards mot in Wellington today, when they discussed several points that, had risen in the course of their work with the object of securing uniformity of practice in dealing with c#n tain classes of appeals. They conferred with the military authorities regarding some matters and also met the members of the National I'flirieiicy Board as tTie chairman hud found that many appeals brought before them in various districts raised questions that belonged to the domain ot the Efficiency Board.

The Hon. A. M. Myers, Minister ol Munitions attended the conference and the Defence .Minister also met the chair* men during tho day. .
