STRUCK OFF THE ROLL
By Telegran'',-Press 'Association. ™ Wellington, Last Night On an application bv Mr. Von Hurt on behalf of the' Wellington Distrtot Law Society, an order was made by the Court ot Appeal to-day, striking William To*, will off the roll as a barrister and so!N t'itor of the Supreme Court of New Zean land and ordering him to pay £l} its costs and disbursements. On the application of Mr. Von Haast on behalf of the New Zealand Law Soi cicty an order was also made striking George Berry Ritchie off tne rolls «« solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand and ordering him to pay £ls 15s costs and disbursements. '
