The Kaiser, he says, became •" alarmed at the better feeling growing up between Great Britain and America, and sent Prince Henry to capture America's goodwill. The Spectator, in an 'arl/'le on March 1, 1802, expressed the Opinion that Prince Henry would make • Ityma political request.
