The Archbishop of Canterbury explained that the object was to restrict church services, to enable more young clergymen to participate in national service. Lord Buckmaster's Bill, removing sex disqualification for admission as solicitors, was read a first time, ORGANISING AGRICULTURE. MAINTAINING FOOD SUPPLY. Ixmdon, February 21. The Central News states that Mr Lloyd George on Thursday will unfold a definite agricultural policy, much more than a war-time expedient.
