STATEMENT BY MR. RUSSELL. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. The Hon. O. W. Russell stated tonight that it was not likely anything would be done to set up a Commission to define the new electoral Boundaries, and the consequent alteration in tho Parliamentary representation as the result of tho census, until after the next session of Parliament. Tho Governor was extending the period oi the existence of Parliament for a year, and it' was not considered desirable that the new boundaries should be made known when there w 'J be two Parliamentary sessions ahead.
