BOWLING. .The Waitara bowlers journeyed to liiglewood on Thursday and suffered defeat at the hands of the home team. Although not vet confirmed, it is believed that the "victim of the railway accident at Wanganui is Mr. William Vrry, of this town, a very old and respected citizen.
