RAILWAY TO EL ARISH. A SMART PIECE OF WORK. Received Jan. 7, 5.5 p.m London, Jan. 6 The broad-gauge railway from the Canal yesterday readied El Arish, the last fifteen miles being constructed in fifteen days, a remarkable performance, considering that the material had to he brought 100 miles, and that a thousand men, with horses and camels, had to be provisioned from the Canal.
