THE SOLDIERS' VOTE.\ Received Dee. 10, 10 p.m. Melbourne, Dec. 10. In the House of. Representative!., pressed by Mr. Cook for a statement as to the soldiers' referendum vote, Mr. Hughes said the men's vote, including the nurses, substantially favored the Government proposals, biv' at the request of the Imperial authorities he declined to supply the figures.
