Mr R. W. Dalton, his Majesty's Trade Commissioner for New Zealand, arrived in New Plymouth on Saturday night from Stratford, and will deliver an address at the Soldiers' Club to-night. 'Hon.. W. Fraser, togethc: with Mr P. McAlister (private secretary) and Miss Fraser, left by motor yesterday morning for Wanganui. lie will receive deputions there this morning, and then proceed to Marton to catch the main line express for Wellington. He will immediately proceed to Nelson, and will return to 1 Wellington on Saturday. He then leaves for Lyttelton in pursuance of his policy of meeting local bodies at various centres.
