Japan also supplied many rifles to Lord Kitchener's army, guns for the British navy, ind was still making guns. Japan's munitions were costing half the price ehr.rged by America. Japan had also released ten million in golfl in New York for the purchase of British bonds. Japan had also 'bought five millions of Russian bonds. He quotes many other illustrations of Japan's great assistance to t'he Allies.
