4. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. John Borne, convicted of an indecent assault on a little girl, 3 years of age, :it the Upper Hutt, was sentenced to live years' imprisonment. DEATHS AT TRENTHAM, Wellington, August 15. Sinee Sunday three-more deaths have occurred at Trentham camp, one from meningitis, one from diphtheria and one from pneumonia and heart failure. Today there are four serious cases at the camp, one of meningitis, one suspected meningitis, one pneumonia and one dipli- , theria. All are progressing favorably.
