Illustrating Britain's immense wealth lie said that there was so much money lying idle that the banks did not know how to get rid of it. The conti oilers of one big concern asked him straight out if lie would take a loan for Queensland, stating that the money was accumulating and that arrangements for loans for the Dominions- could be fixed without lelav.
