TURKS RETREATING. Petrograd, July 16. 'A communique says: In the direction of Erzingan we attacked the heightsouthward of Mamahutun and dislodged Turks from the fortified positions southwestward of Mush. The redoubt and the adjacent trendies were found empty, the Turks being on the other side of the Tigris, yet no attack was launched until 10 o'clock in the morning, when the Turks had crowded the positions.
