HEAVY FIGHTING. FURTHER ITALIAN PROGRESS. London, July 18. An Italian communique states: There has been heavy fighting on the Posina line. Despite thunderstorms hindering the artillery we progressed at several points and occupied Vansi upon the northern slopes of Monte Seluggio. Small encounters along the remainder of the front to the sea resulted in our favor. A BREACH WITH GERMANY. Rome, July 18.
