REPORTS FROM ATHENS. GENERAL TOWNSHEND IN CONSTANTINOPLE. Athens, May 16. Advices from Constantinople state that there are serious differences in the Cabinet. The Sheik-ul-Islam and the Minister of Justice have resigned. Enver Pasha, who was on the Russian front, will go to Bagdad, unless the crisis necessitates his presence in Constantinople. General Townshend has arrived in Constantinople.
