AN UNUSUAL HONOR. CONFERRED ON BOMBAY RULER, London, April 13. The King 'ha6 conferred the rank and status of a first-class chief of Bombay 'Presidency for life on Aga Khan, with a salute of eleven guns. The honor is noteworthy, because Aga Khan's authority is spiritual, not territorial. The recipient has rendered great services to the Allies through his influence with Moslems.
