BULLET EXTRACTED FROM HEART. By Cable.—Press Association—Copyright London, March 28. Major Dr. Scott Skirving, a Sydncyite, has won high tribute in surgical circles by extracting a bullet from u soldier's heart. The patient accepted the operation, though he was warned that there was only a hundred to one chance of its being successful. He is progressing satisfactorily.
