The Orient Company proposed to substitute 6 per cent, cumulative unguaranteed preferred shares for the existing guaranteed 5 per cents., giving holders -a 20 per cent, bonus in preferred shares paid o;;t of the reserve, also a 50 per cent, bonus to deferred stock holders out of the reserve. The preferred capital will be increased to 200,000 £lO shares, and the deferred shares subdivided into £5 shares and tho capital increased to 200,000 [£t> shares
