The game was even in the first half, when the Training Corp s got a try and a penalty goal, and Muir and Burns scored tries for the Anzacs. Afterwards the New Zealanders showed fine form, the halves and threequarters doing splendid passing. Bnrns scored three tries and Muir one, which Baddeley converted. Three thousand spectators, mostly 1 soldiers, witnessed the game.
