NEW SOUTH WALES FIGURES. By Cable.—Press Association—Copyright Received Feb. 11, "11.35 p.m. Sydney, Feb. 11. The official live stock figures for New South Wales for the year ended June 30, 1915, show the following details: Horses, 733,298; cattle, 2,477,224 (including milkers. 420,107): sheep, 27,298,543; lambs, 5,699,517; pigs, 280,052. Compared with the last previous statistics (those for the year ended December 31, 1913) the present figures show the following decreases:—Horses, 12.872; cattle, 345,440; milkers, 174,253; sheep, .1,170.073; lambs, 3,081,790; pigs, 203.5. The decreases are largely the result of drought experienced between the two periods.
