There is no trouble concerning insulated space, and .the arrangements made with tin imperial authorities appear to ensure that meat, cheese, and butter will continue to get away-promptly, but shippers of wool, hemp, and hides are finding difficulty in securing space, and the outlook is not bright. The shortage of shipping is duo largely to the commandeering of many hundreds of vessels by the Admiralty 'and tho War Office, ami it is being felt all over the Empire. Advices received in commercial circles here indicate that the matter has been receiving humous consideration in,. London.
