A MESSAGE FROM NEW ZEALAND By Telegraph.—Press Association.' Wellington, Last Night. Tim following message was despatched by liis Excellency the Governor so that it' should reach' his Imperial Majesty the Czar on January Ktli, which is New Year's Day in Russia: — "I respectfully desire to tender to your Imperial Majesty, on behalf of myself, the Government,' and the people of the Dominion of New Zealand, an expression of our great appreciation of the steadfast and united efforts of your Imperial Majesty's Government, and of the dauntless spirit which has been, and is being, displayed by the heroic Russian armies against our common enemy, a spirit which has gained the admiration of us all."
