♦ THE LATEST RETURNS. 109,083 MEN READY TO SERVft. OVER 34,000 WILL NOT SERVE. By Telegraph,—Press Association. Wellington, La at Night. Some additional figures in connection with the National Register were issued to-day by the Government Statistician. They deal with men who are not of military age, and bring the total number of men registered Detween the agoa of 17 and 60 to 295,034. The main feat, ures of the register may now be summarised as follows: Accepted for forces but not called up, 4430. British subjects aged 17 and IS, 10,981. Men willing to serve with forces, 109,083. Men willing to serve in civil capacity, 43,524. Men unwilling to serve at all, 34,38' J. Volunteered for forces, but rejected, 9042. Incapacitated for service, 3903. British subjects aged 4."i to (59, 05.433. Returned soldiers, 29-1. v Koreign subjects, 4295.
