AN INDISCREET SPEECH. .LORD RIBBESDALE'S POLICY. ' Received Nov. 21, 3.5 p.m. London, Nov. 20. The newspapers protest against Lord ISibblesdale's ''blazing indiscretion" in his speech regarding General Monro's report. They say that it is made worse by the fact that be married Mi. Asquith's sister, and that he was at one time the chief Liberal whip. Lord Ribblesdalc lost his only son at Gallipoli. The Evening Standard says that to what extent Lord Ribblesdale is helping our enemies cannot at present be esti.mated. The Morning Post says: "Disclosures of this sort are serious and Hkfcly to iffeiit the safety of our enraaM.
