SYDNEY'S DROUGHT. Received Nov. 11, 11.50 p.m. Sydney, Nov. 11. ! A mass meeting of the liquor strikers resolved to resume under the old conditions, provided that there was no victimisation on the part of the employers, pending the result of Monday's compulsory conference. The employers' reply is awaited. A few hotels have a limited stock of 'bottled beer, but otherwise supplies arc exhausted. Since the shortage there has been a marked decrease of drunks before the courts.
