At the sale of Show Stock at Palmerston North after the Manawatu Show the following prices were realised: — On account of Mr. M. Leith, Invercargill—Holstein cows, 98gns., 90gns., SOgns., SOgns.; Holstein heifers, 82gns., 75gns., 40gns.; Holstein bull, "Longbcacli Spot Domino," 116gns. (purchaser, Mr. P. McNaughton, Patea), 20gns. On account of Mr. F. E. Hellyer, Dunedin—Jersey bull, "Sherrys Fox of ColJingwood," 20gns. (purchaser, Mr R. T. B. Mellow, Kaponga). On account of Mr. N. P. Neilson, Tiukitahuna —Holstein bull, "Prince of Canada," 45gns. (purchaser, Mr. J. C. O'Rorke, Hawera). On account of lan Duncan, Levin— Holstein bull, SOgns. On account of G. A. Turner, Eltham— Shorthorn bull, "Duke of Eltham 30th," lOOgns. (purchaser, H. Akers, Palmerston North). The Hereford bull, "Park Record Reigh," was wsold on account of Mr. Frank Moore, Kai Iwi, Wanganui, to a Sydney buyer, price 200gns.
