It concerned the will of John David Heagerty, late of Greytown, deceased, and was brought by his widow, Eliza Hilda Ethel Heagerty, and the executors, Andrew O'Loughlin Considine, of Martinborough, and John Wildahire Card, Featherston). The total value of tie estate was £24,580. Deceased left his widow £3OO a year and a house. She considered that insufficient, and applied for an additional £l5O a year. His Honor granted the window £IOO a year extra, and made an order that the decree remain in court for five months, to give the absent beneficiaries an opportunity to object. i , v ,
