PAPAROA COAL MINE.
TO BE WOUND UP. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. A meeting of shareholders of the Paparoa Coal-mining Company was held to-day, Mr. T. Shailer Weston presided. The shareholders resolved: "That it has been proved to the satisfaction of Oris meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind op the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily."
