Germany has declared war on our women and children, and it is time we attacked their open towns. When these supercducated savages discover that they have to pay in kind they will consider the advantages of reverting to the practice of civilised nations. Several Zeppelins were seen going southwards, but later they changed their course and went to the Riga Gulf. RAILWAY STATION BOMBED. Paris, Sept. 9.
