PLOTTING IN ROUMANIA. IX THE EVENT OF MOBILISATION. Received Sept. 9, 8.50 p.m. Bucharest, Sept. 9. Two cases of dynamite cartridges from the Royal factory at Oplanden (Prussia) have been discovered in a German business house. They were intended for a series of attempts on the lives of Roumanian statesmen who are favorable to the Entente, and also for blowing up the railways and military depots in tie event of Roumanian mobilisation, Several anarchists wore arrested.
