FOOTBALL.
The Taumata Park (ftlthaui) has been engaged for Thursday next by the Taranakfi Rugby Union. A match will be decided when the division winners in the first" juniors will meet for championship honors. The teams competing are, ton II v. Kaponga U. The game should be interesting, and football enthusiasts will probably attend in good numbers. Owing to the holidays, the Technical College team cannot get together for Thursday, and the final for the second junior division will be decided at a later date.
