(News lias reached here that Constable Eraser, stationed for a few months at Pongaroa, dropped dead on Saturday, apparently from 'heart disease. He had previously been chopping wood. Peceased had a fine ipfhysique. He was a young man, married, and had a young family. He was recently transferred from Tinakori Road, Wellington.,
