In the Supremo Court, Leo Stephenson Curtis, formerly clerk to the Oliaknne Borough Council, "was admitted to ■probation for two yenrs, and an order was made t'hat llin property should lie assigned to the Public Trustee for the relief of creditors, after sufficient had been retained to pay his passage to 'Egypt, where, iE found medically fit, he will rejoin the forces. Accused was brought hack from Egypt to answer six charges of theft.
