DELEGATES APPOINTED. By Telegrapti.—Press Association. / Christchurch, May 2. Mr. Cecil W. Leys, associate editor of tin;-Auckland.Star, and Mr. William McCuliou;,'li, proprietor of the Tluimes Star have been appointed delegates to .represent tlk' Newspaper Proprietors' Association of New Zealand at the International Press Congress to be held at San Francisco in July. They will leave with Messrs Mark Cohen and Robert .Bell, the otheV delegates so far appointed, by the It.M.S. Niagara on the 18tb inst. The delegates will carry credentials from the New Zealand Government, the Prime Minister (the Right Hon. W. I'\ Massey having advised Mr. P. Selig (president of the Newspaper Proprietors' Association) that the Government will accredit all delegates appointed l»y the Association.
