A meeting of shareholders of th« Bonithon Petroleum Company was held to-day, Mr. W. 11. P. Barber presiding, H was agreed to ratify and complete the directors' action in disposing of tha company's now rotary boring .plant to 'P. A. Hadley, of Auckland. It is understood the plant will b« erected on one of the properties comprising the Standard Oil Company of New Zealand, Limited. The transaction involves many thousands of pounds, and it is believed that it will infuse now lif" into the development of tile Taranaki oilfields.
