The conference urged the Commonwealth to continue negotiations with Britain and Canada with a view to jointly controlling the transatlantic cabin. It also discussed a;:(l deprecated the restriction of output by trade unions in order to secure pay. One speaker stated that all who came into contact with organised labor in Australasia would give dozens of instances of this sad spirit.
